This is the 5 minute raspberry ice cream you’ll want to make every time you crave something sweet. It’s a little bit tangy from the raspberries but also sweet and packed with flavour! It’s my go-to dessert when i don’t know what to do in summer.
In school we had our cooking classes and in one of those I leared the quickest ice cream recipe ever! Today I’m gonna be sharing it with you because I think you just gonna like it as much as I do.
250 g frozen Raspberries, 1 vanilla yoghurt, 4 tbsp of icing sugar, 1 dl cream and a splash of lemon juice.
Take all your ingredients, put it in a bowl and blitz them up until you have a smooth and ice cold cream. And that’s it – your raspberry ice cream is ready to eat!
See how quick that was! It literally takes you no time and you don’t even have to wait for your ice cream to cool down! It’s already cold- yay. But if you prefer your ice cream a little bit more on the hard side, 10 min in the freezer will do.
I love making this ice cream, when I first learned the recipe we had raspberry ice cream every weekend the whole summer long. Nowadays it got a little bit forgotten but when my sister asked me to make some for her, I thought this is a recipe I had to share with you guys too.
The badge I made was about a serving of eight people. You can double or half the recipe any day or make a big badge like me and keep the left-overs in the freezer for the next day/ week.
Plus you can play around with the recipe to your liking, maybe use some other fruits or make it less/more sugery. Anything you like.
